Organised by the Giacomo Casanova Foundation, in April and May 2023, the personal exhibition of Andrea Benetti, entitled “Colors in Venice”, curated by Francesco Paolo Campione, Professor of Museology and History of Collecting at the University of Messina, was held in Palazzo Zagùri in Venice. The paintings on display were all dedicated to “Abstractism of the Origins”. Catalogue texts by Andrea Benetti, Paolo Francesco Campione, Tiziana Fuligna and Gaia Giorgetti. On April 2, 2023, the new headquarters of the Giacomo Casanova Foundation was inaugurated. On that occasion, the Foundation acquired a work by Andrea Benetti, dedicated to the great Giacomo Casanova, into its art collection.
