Andrea Benetti‘s exhibition, curated by Luciana Apicella, entitled “Prehistoric wave” was set up in Milan, in the months of November and December 2023, in the ArTheoria  Space. The works on display were created by Benetti with pigments from 40 thousand years ago (certified by the University of Ferrara), found in the Fumane cave (VR), together with five cave paintings created on stone by an anonymous prehistoric painter. Andrea Benetti’s works establish a dialogue, which highlights the similarities between the visual communication of Prehistory and today’s digital language, creating an ideal bridge between the artist of the Third Millennium and his “colleague” of the Paleolithic.
