A primitive in the Third Millennium

This Collection belongs to the childlike sphere of Andrea Benetti, who asks, “What would hypothetical prehistoric humans depict today on a contemporary rock wall?” At one time, the subjects featured in their art were the same as in their lives, i.e., horses, bison, mammoths, aurochs, etc. Andrea Benetti answers this question by selecting and portraying some symbols of contemporary society, effectively creating a neo-iconography.
