was donated by the European Pegaso Institute
and acquired in the Vatican Collection
On September 3, 2014, the European Pegasus Institute donated Andrea Benetti‘s work entitled “Il coraggio di essere felici” to His Holiness Pope Francis. During the reception at the Vatican, the work was appreciated by the Pope and was acquired in the Vatican Art Collections. The work is a bas-relief in plaster made and painted on canvas, measuring 70 x 50 cm.
