On Saturday, October 11, 2014, on the occasion of the Tenth Day of Contemporary Art, the art project “Il colore della luce – opere in bianco,” an exhibition by Andrea Benetti, was inaugurated in Bologna at the former Ospedale dei Bastardini. The exhibition featured a collaboration with Saul Saguatti (Basmati Film), an internationally renowned director and animator, and Frank Nemola, a prominent figure in the Italian music scene and multi-instrumentalist in Vasco Rossi’s band. “Il colore della luce,” curated by Silvia Grandi, Professor of Phenomenology of Contemporary Art at the University of Bologna, is a project promoted by Italian Art Promotion and AMACI – Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums, and sponsored by the Department of Arts, University of Bologna.
