On the occasion of the eighteenth World Day against violence against women, in the months of November and December 2017, Andrea Benetti, in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Department of the Municipality of Bologna, set up in Bologna, in the Manica Lunga hall of D ‘Accursio Palace (headquarters of the Municipality of Bologna), the photographic exhibition entitled “Volti contro la violenza”. Andrea Benetti portrayed, with his own photography, eighteen looks of women, from 18 to 80 years old, printing the photos on aluminum plates, measuring 100 x 50 cm, thus giving a strong impact to the perspective of the exhibition.
